Melissa’s role with Blayney Potential Plus is strategy implementation. She specialises in evolving systems and procedures, work-flow and the optimum utilisation of technology. Her background includes eight years in property management, including three years as senior property manager for McGrath where she managed a team of specialists of all ages accountable for new business development, people and performance management.
