As an agent principal it is often extremely difficult to manage all aspects of your business. Who is there to keep YOU and your team on track and accountable? Who is there to turn to when you hit a roadblock in the business or a problem with your team or simply need to discuss how things are going? This is where coaching provides the missing support to keep things moving in the right direction.
The Potential Plus 12 month program
Blayney Potential Plus has developed a 12-month program during which one of their expert team will act as the Team Coach working with either the agency principal or property management team leader.
The benefits of a business working with an external coach are enormous and as essential as it is to a coach working with a world-class athlete. We are involved, yet detached enough to be able to identify the real issues and help you create and implement solutions with a clarity that is difficult if not impossible to achieve on your own.
Here’s how the coaching program works:
- Weekly teleconference to track your project plan and trouble shoot any issues that have arisen, including incidental management / leadership / professional training
- Email, telephone and “Skype” support available as needed to handle those issues that need to be addressed between sessions.
- Face to Face sessions available with customised program
- Formal reports are available on request
