Property Management Business Analysis.
As a first step towards growing your property management business, we will conduct our exclusive and confidential Property Management Business Analysis.
We consult with the agency principal and/or property management as well as conducting some extra fact-finding as needed.
The current position of the business is analysed and those dangerous GAPS that are standing in the way of growth identified.
This analysis includes, revenue, human resources, systems, technology, customer service marketing and growth potential.
At the end of the analysis, you will receive a full report and an outline of the recommendations and strategies that you may implement to begin to close these gaps and move towards growth and a better bottom line.
These recommendations may include systems improvements, training and/or further consulting and coaching.
Growth Plan Consultation
We also offer as a first step a Growth Plan Consultation. Planning together, we formulate a growth strategy including the Property Management Sales Team organisational chart, with job and task allocation, targets and key performance indicators (KPI’s).
We prepare a prospecting plan including target markets and a marketing collateral review. We may also look at remuneration and incentive schemes.
Business Planning
Another essential part of our strategy to grow your property management business is guiding your Business Planning. As the saying goes: Fail to plan and you plan to fail! The essence of any growth is in the planning.
Do you have a goal for your business for the next 90 days, 12 months or five years into the future? Even if you do, you may be stuck on how to make the journey towards those goals. Or you may have tried to reach your goals before and not quite made it.
Your Blayney Potential Plus consultant will work with you to create a business and/or project plan. The final project plan will include a time-line of action to be taken in all facets of the property management business on a weekly/monthly basis. The project planning tool we use will keep you and the team accountable and on track to reach your goals.
Policy and Procedure
We also recommend a Policy and Procedure review. As we’ve already said, ‘you often don’t know what you don’t know’!
