Paul McGee

Paul McGee is an international speaker, best selling author and proud creator of the brand SUMO Shut Up, Move On. Building on his background in psychology and experience of working in 30countries to date, Paul brings fresh perspective to common sense.
His Mancunian style of motivation is both practical and entertaining, as he addresses issues around dealing with change, handling pressure, motivating staff and delighting customers.
His clients include BBC Television, HSBC Bank and Shell. His work has received praise from a variety of quarters including World Cup Winning Coach, Sir Clive Woodward and the former head of the CBI, Sir Digby Jones.
